Product Overview

A vortex eliminator is a device used in tanks (pools) to eliminate internal vortices during liquid transfer. It ensures the pump operates continuously at full capacity without interference, prevents cavitation caused by air ingress, and lowers the liquid level in the tank to an optimal level for efficient operation.

This specialized pipe fitting delivers maximum flow capacity, thereby maximizing the effective volume of water tanks (reservoirs). It is widely used in chemical, energy, and water engineering applications, particularly in fire protection water tanks (reservoirs).

Product Features

The vortex inhibitor is designed and manufactured according to industry standards, with a minimum submergence depth of 100 mm without inducing vortex formation, significantly enhancing the effective utilization rate of the pool.

Effectively eliminate the vortex generated in the water tank (pool) during water suction;

Prevent air from entering the pump due to vortex flow, ensuring efficient water delivery and avoiding pump damage caused by cavitation.

The vortex preventer features a simple yet robust design, enabling cost-effective installation and maintenance-free operation.

The swirl inhibitor is made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel 06Cr19Ni10 (304), featuring excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life.
