1. Material: Ductile iron QT450-10
The valve body, valve cover, and valve disc are all constructed from ductile iron (QT450-10), offering high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
Both the inner and outer surfaces of the valve are coated with epoxy resin powder, compliant with the ANSI AWWAC 550 standard, ensuring reliable corrosion resistance.
3. The structural design is rational, resulting in minimal hydraulic friction losses.
